PIP: Can the PIP Path Help Us Navigate Unhappiness and Stress?

  What if the path to greater happiness isn't about changing everything around us, but changing how we approach the path we're already on? We live in a world where stress, uncertainty, financial pressure, political division, and concerns about the future can make happiness feel increasingly difficult to find. The numbers tell an important story. (Research through Google) Across 30 countries surveyed by Ipsos, an average of 71% of people describe themselves as happy, while 29% describe themselves as unhappy. Financial security is identified as a major driver of unhappiness, with 58% of unhappy individuals pointing to it as an important factor. At the same time, Gallup's global emotional health tracking indicates that approximately 39% of adults experience significant daily worry and 37% experience significant daily stress.
