PIP: Passion isn't Found, it's Built

"FOLLOW YOUR PASSION"

This may sound inspiring, but it's incomplete advice. Because most people spend years searching for passion as if it’s something hidden, waiting to be discovered. Whe they don’t find it, they assume something is missing.

The truth is, passion isn't found it's built.

Passion grows through action, curiosity, and engagement. It develops when you invest time and energy into something meaningful. It deepens when you push through difficulty and begin to see progress. Begin to think like an entrepreneur.

Entrepreneurs don’t always start with passion as they start with interest, opportunity, solving a problem or even necessity. Passion is developed as they solve problems, create value, and see impact. All this can apply to YOUR purpose.

Purpose isn’t a lightning bolt moment. It is a pattern that is revealed through what you repeatedly do, care about, and commit to.

Maybe instead of asking, “What’s my passion?”

Start asking the following:

What am I curious about?

What problems do I want to solve?

What am I willing to get better at?

Passion will follow engagement and action. Once it’s built, it becomes the fuel, the driving energy, focus, and fulfillment.

Here is a challenge:

Choose one area of interest and commit to exploring it for the next 7 days. Take action daily. Watch what begins to grow.
