Let's talk!  We want to create a very active team together in order to help you achieve the success you are seeking in life.  Whether it is the pursuit of a goal or the solution to an issue you are facing, you will find that you have the power to achieve.

We will Communicate and Create in order to Innovate your path to success.  We will find the area of focus that best fits you.  At the TAJL Group llc, we focus on the Thought Based Approach to Coaching.

• Personal Development Coaching:  Support you to address issues you may be facing in your life.
• Career Coaching: Supporting your leadership, interpersonal skills, stress, motivation and life balance in your work.
• Relationship Coaching:  In this arena we look at how you can better improve your connections with others by looking at certain aspects of your relationships. (We will refer for specific services)
• Spiritual Coaching: The focus here is on your life purpose, inner values and well being.  I also offer Oracle Card readings to support you as well.
• Educational Consulting: I currently am offering consulting in STEAM, Design Thinking and other aspects as they relate to individual districts. Currently working in New Mexico with Steaming Ahead for Success a non-profit.

How we can work together!  In this technological world, we offer online options and Face-to-Face Coaching.
