The Team

Jeffrey Lund,  MBA; Expert Level Certified Life Coach; Certified Entrepreneurial Mind-Set Facilitator; Instructional Program Consultant.

As a Consultant, Certified Life Coach and Certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Facilitator, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals, teams, and organizations to reach their fullest potential. With over two decades of experience in coaching, consulting, and program development, I offer a unique blend of expertise spanning business operations, education, and leadership.
My work centers on fostering an entrepreneurial mindset—a transformative approach that drives both personal and professional growth. At the core of my practice is a clear mission: to guide every person we encounter toward a life and work experience that is truly fulfilling.
I believe lasting growth stems from effective collaboration, open communication, and the power of diverse, equity-centered teams. I have the privilege of working alongside a talented group of professionals who not only excel in their fields but are also deeply committed to the principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Together, we help create meaningful change for every individual, team, and organization we serve.

Jaylene Jimenez,  LatinX Consultant; Financial Expert;  Instructional Program Consultant.

Fueled by a deep commitment to education, equity, and women's empowerment, I am a third-year Business Administration student at the University of Colorado Boulder, specializing in Finance and Accounting. As a first-generation Latina pursuing a career in a traditionally male-dominated industry, I am passionate about creating inclusive pathways for underserved communities—especially for women and girls striving to break generational barriers.

My work spans education, leadership, and community engagement. I teach English as a Second Language (ESL) at Front Range Community College, supporting Spanish-speaking adults in developing the language skills and confidence needed to thrive. I also serve on the mentor leadership team for the Diverse Scholars Program, where I guide students through academic, professional, and personal growth.

In addition, I spent a year facilitating Spanish-language entrepreneurship courses with the Latino Chamber of Commerce, helping aspiring small business owners—many of them women—gain the tools and resources to launch and scale their ventures. Whether I’m in the classroom, mentoring peers, or leading community-based initiatives, my purpose remains rooted in uplifting underrepresented voices, championing female empowerment, and building bridges to lasting opportunity.

Diana Gonzales,  LatinX Consultant; Business Specialist Consultant; Instructional Program Consultant.

My name is Diana Gonzales, and I am a proud first-generation college graduate. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from MSU Denver, a milestone that reflects both perseverance and purpose. Alongside my academic journey, I have spent the past seven years in a management role, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, strategic planning, and team development.
As a confident Latina, I take pride in being trustworthy, compassionate, and driven by a desire to uplift others. My experiences have not only shaped my professional expertise but also deepened my commitment to personal growth and community impact. I am excited to continue using my education and leadership skills to inspire and guide others, while making meaningful contributions wherever I go.
Michael Langford, Media Expert and Consultant; Instructional Program Consultant.
